8oz Whole grain rotini pasta 1/2 cup chopped tomato 1/2 cup chopped cucumber 1 cup light italian dressing 2 slices center cut bacon cooked and crumbled 12 oz cooked chicken breast (great way to use leftover chicken) Salt and pepper to taste
cook pasta according to package directions. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. You can eat warm or chill, I prefer it a little chilled. Makes 4 servings: 335 calories, 5 g of fat and 8 WWP+
